Location, Parking & Public Transport
Street parking is available in the area around IPAC. Various restrictions apply during the day, but are lifted after business hours. Patrons are advised to check restrictions before leaving their vehicle. There are limited disabled parking spaces, 1/4 hour parking and drop-off zones in Burelli Street outside IPAC. Please be sure to read street signs carefully.
Off-street parking is available in the Wollongong City Council carpark, with access from Stewart Street. A 2-hour limit applies from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, but there is no limit at other times. Please note that the carpark is closed between midnight and 6am.
This car park is patrolled during most evening and weekend matinee performances at IPAC. A parking fee applies when the car park is patrolled.
The free Gong Shuttle, Route 55, stops right outside IPAC. The service operates between 7.00am and 10.00pm Monday to Friday.
It arrives every 10 minutes during peak hours (7.00am - 9.00pm and 3.00pm - 6.00pm) and every 20 minutes off-peak.
