Everything you need to know about your ticket, refunds, exchanges, group discounts and more!
Box Office
Open Hours: Weekdays 9am to 5pm and at least one hour prior to performances.
TICKET PRICES
Early week special pricing applies to all performances from Sunday - Wednesday. Standard prices apply to performances on Thursday to Saturday.
Child Discounts
These are often available for patrons up to the age of 13 years, depending upon the show. Children 12 months and over must have a paid seat.
Concession Discounts
These are often available to Pensioner Concession and Senior's Card holders, full-time students and children to the age of 13 years. Proof of entitlement may be asked for at the time of booking and/or at the door.
Gift Vouchers
These are made up to denominations of $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100. The recipient can then use the voucher to purchase tickets to shows and packages of their choice. The vouchers are valid for up to twelve months. Click here to buy.
Group Discounts
These are often available when at least a minimum number of tickets are purchased at the one time to see the same performance of a show.
Student Rush Tickets
These are available for selected performances as advertised, up to one hour before starting time, unless sold out. Student identification may be asked for at the time of booking and/or at the door.
Refund & Exchanges
Season Ticket Holders can swap each ticket once for free into another performance of the same show or a performance of a different show, within the same package, of the same or lesser value. Where performance prices vary (e.g. when exchanging a ticket for a discounted early week performance into a more expensive late week performance), the difference in value of the tickets will be charged. Unlimited additional exchanges are permitted at an exchange fee of $3 per ticket, per exchange. Refunds are generally not available except under exceptional circumstances outlined in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for Ticketing.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access to all of IPAC's theatres is available. Patrons requiring such access must advise the box office at the time of booking their seats.
Hearing Impaired
Theatres are equipped with sound enhancement facilities. Receivers can be obtained free of charge from the box office prior to a performance, please advise us if you require a headset when booking your ticket.
